Schedule of Changes to New Mexico newkeys

In 2002, a new library with a CITY of "TO'HAJIILEE," (newkey = NM0124) reported for the first time. Its LIBNAME is "TOHAJILLE COMMUNITY SCHOOL LIBRARY", and the CITY_M is TOHAJIILEE, so there are three different spellings of the commuity's name. The POPU_LSA is 2,000. The community appears to be spelled as the CITY_M has it and that change is made here for the 2002 data.
